Office Assistant - Better Food Company

3 days a week
(Monday, Wednesday & Friday)The role
You will:- Answer telephone calls and take messages for department team leaders
- Cash up and bank the takings from the previous day(s)
- Data entry onto sage
- Answer customer calls regarding box scheme and alter details in the database
- Set up new customers on the database as required
- Process and monitor sales ledger (wholesale payments)
- Support the company director & general manager with admin duties
- Support the marketing department
Requirements
- You should have excellent customer service skills
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Computer literate, particularly with excel and word
- Good with numbers and have excellent written English.
- A good eye for detail
- Previous experience with sage, cashing up and banking a definite advantage
