Office Assistant - Better Food Company

3 days a week
(Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

The role
You will:

  • Answer telephone calls and take messages for department team leaders
  • Cash up and bank the takings from the previous day(s)
  • Data entry onto sage
  • Answer customer calls regarding box scheme and alter details in the database
  • Set up new customers on the database as required
  • Process and monitor sales ledger (wholesale payments)
  • Support the company director & general manager with admin duties
  • Support the marketing department

Requirements

  • You should have excellent customer service skills
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
  • Computer literate, particularly with excel and word
  • Good with numbers and have excellent written English.
  • A good eye for detail
  • Previous experience with sage, cashing up and banking a definite advantage
